RESOLUTION NO. 1990-340 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID WEED MOWING AND LOT CLEANING FEES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 362. 12( 3) (g) allows municipalities to certify unpaid weed mowing and lot clearing fees to the benefitted property as a lien. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer, the following unpaid weed mowing and lot clearing fees: Property Address Parcel Code No. Amount 3466 E.
