The City Council of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular
session, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at
7 : 00 o'clock P .M. , on the above date. There were present
Mayor Bernard L. McKinley , in the chair, and the following named
Council Members:

Absent: Dell, Budak and Brown

Council Member Buck introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO
BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA, F.Y. 1990 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 1 - CONTRACT NO. 382" and moved that it
be adopted. Council Member Wright seconded the motion
to adopt. The roll was called and the vote was,
AYES: Fox, Angel, Buck and Wright
ABSENT NC: Dell, Budak and Brown
Whereupon, the Mayor declared the following Resolution duly
adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 1990-311
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ON THE WATERLOO, IOWA, F.Y. 1990
SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
- ZONE 1 - CONTRACT NO. 382
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the City Engineer, Engineer, is hereby ordered and
directed to prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and
specifications for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y.
1990 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 1 - Contract No.
382 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered and
directed to prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to Bidders
and form of contract for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa,
F.Y. 1990 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 1 - Contract
No. 382 .
