RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
FOR CROSSROADS BONANZA RESTAURANT TO CONSTRUCT A
12 ' x 16 ' STORAGE SHED AND TO RELOCATE THE
EXISTING DUMPSTER IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Crossroads Bonanza Restaurant has proposed
that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
minor site plan amendment to construct a 12 ' x 16 ' storage
shed and to relocate existing dumpster enclosure to rear of
building to be screened from East San Marnan Drive by an
eight foot high decorative wall, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of
said above mentioned minor site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
minor site plan amendment should be approved, as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan
amendment of Crossroads Bonanza Restaurant to construct a
12 ' x 16 ' storage shed and to relocate existing dumpster
enclosure to rear of building to be screened from East San
Marnan Drive by an eight foot high decorative wall, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990 .
