RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated May 29, 1990, for funds to purchase
supplies, equipment, utilities, minor construction and other
items necessary to establish a regional firefighters ' training
center in Black Hawk County, Iowa, by and between the Iowa
Department of Public Safety and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990.
