HI RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION AGREEMENT

WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND

pm DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Transfer of Jurisdiction Agreement dated May 29, 1990,
for U.S. Highway 218 (University Avenue) from Greenhill Road to
Midway Drive, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990.
