RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENTS WITH
STAR REFRIGERATION CO. , INC. , H. G. SIMMONS, AND HAROLD
MESSINGHAM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Right-of-Entry Agreements dated May 29, 1990, for the
Blowers Creek Flood Control Bridge Replacement, Lafayette Street
and Dubuque Road, by and between Star Refrigeration Co. , Inc.
(Parcel 1-AA) , H G. Simmons (Parcel Nos. 3-CC and 2-BB) , and
Harold Messingham ( 4-DD) , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990.
