RESOLUTION APPROVING TWENTY-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 29, 1990, for lease of the
building and grounds known as City View Heights School in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a term of twenty years commencing on
January 1, 1990, and terminating on December 31, 2010, by and
between the Waterloo Community School District of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990.
