RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE ROAD USE TAX FUND
THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
( $15, 000. 00) TO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WITHIN
THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made in the amount of
$15, 000. 00 from the Road Use Tax Fund to the General Fund
(Engineering Department) for reimbursement for Engineering
Services provided to the Public Works Division in the Road
Use Tax Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990 .
