RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF HEATON ADAMS &
CO. , 605 BLUFF STREET, FOR TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF
SIGNS ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
WEST FIFTH AND BLUFF STREETS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RELOCATED U.S. 218 PROJECT, IX-218-7 ( 78) --3P-07 .
WHEREAS, Heaton Adams & Co. has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way generally
located at West Fifth and Bluff Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heaton Adams
& Co. for temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way
generally located at West Fifth and Bluff Streets, be and
the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Heaton Adams & Co. holds
the City of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations
that may be created due to the placement of signs on City
right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor on this 23rd day of May, 1990.
