z !:1 RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF LINDGREN GLASS
ti vF~ PRODUCTS, 511 BLUFF STREET, FOR TEMPORARYo PLACEMENT OF SIGNS ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY
o LOCATED ON WEST PARK AVENUE AND ALLEY, IN
H '-+ CONJUNCTION WITH RELOCATED U.S. 218 PROJECT,

WHEREAS, Lindgren Glass Products has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way generally
located at West Park Avenue and Alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Lindgren
Glass Products for temporary placement of signs on City
right-of-way generally located at West Park Avenue and
Alley, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lindgren Glass Products
holds the City of Waterloo harmless from any and all
situations that may be created due to the placement of signs
on City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor on this 23rd day of May, 1990 .
