RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISAL CONTRACT WITH KEITH JONES
APPRAISAL SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated May 21, 1990, for appraisal of
two parcels for Greenhill/Sager Reconstruction, IX-6560( 2) -79-07,
by and between Keith Jones Appraisal Services of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990 .
