RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISAL CONTRACT WITH APPRAISAL
ASSOCIATES COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated May 21, 1990, for appraisal
services for excess right-of-way known as Parcel "G" for
Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615 ( 3 ) --79-07 , by and between Appraisal
Associates Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990.
