RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR JOHN MEYER AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Employment Agreement dated May 21, 1990,
extending employment until May 1992, by and between John
Meyer, Public Works Director, of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990 .
