RESOLUTION APPROVING SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT DNR
FORM 29 (DEC 86 ) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sewage Treatment Agreement DNR Form 29 (Dec 86) dated
May 21, 1990, for Pinnacle Place First Addition, by and between
the Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990.
