RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE YEAR OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT
WITH U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the One Year Occupancy Agreement dated May 21,
1990, for use of office space in the basement of City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, by and between U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990.
