RESOLUTION NO. 1990-306 RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO COMPANY OF JEHOVAH' S WITNESSES, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR. WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is the owner of property known as Pleasant Valley Drive (west of Letsch Road) and legally described as follows: Tract A, Homestead Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. WHEREAS, the Waterloo Company of Jehovah' s Witnesses is the owner of property located off Pleasant Valley Drive (west of Letsch Road) and desires an easement for ingress and egress purposes to said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Easement Agreement dated May 21, 1990, for ingress and egress purposes to property located off Pleasant Valley Drive and west of Letsch Road, by and between the Waterloo Company of Jehovah' s Witnesses and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
