RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR TOWER
PARK DRIVE EXTENSION (TOWER PARK NO. 5 &
TOWER PARK NO. 6) IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
precedent to the final approval of the Tower Park Drive Extension
(Tower Park No. 5 & Tower Park No. 6): the installation of
sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Hurst & Sons Contractors, Inc. and K. Cunningham
Construction Co., Inc. have provided a two-year Maintenance Bond
for said Tower Park Drive Extension (Tower Park No. 5 & Tower
Park No. 6).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for the Tower Park Drive
Extension (Tower Park No. 5 & Tower Park No. 6), be and the same
are hereby accepted.
