RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF VINE STREET AND SOUTH BARCLAY STREET AS
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following legally described
property, be and the same is hereby dedicated as public
right-of-way for street purposes:
A part of Lot 5 Krapfel ' s Subdivision to Waterloo,
Iowa, and vacated Barclay Street South described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5
Krapfel' s Subdivision; thence Easterly along the South
right-of-way line of Vine Street a distance of
thirty-five ( 35) feet; thence Southwesterly to a point
described as being ten ( 10) feet South and sixteen ( 16 )
feet West of the point of beginning; thence Northerly
along a line sixteen ( 16) feet from and parallel with
the West line of said Lot 5 a distance of ten ( 10) feet
to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Vine
Street; thence Easterly along the South right-of-way
line of Vine Street a distance of sixteen ( 16) feet to
the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1990.
