RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO PROCEED WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF REORGANIZATION
PLAN FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, has rejected all bids opened by the Waterloo City
Council on May 7, 1990, for Solid Waste Collection Services
Contract for privatization of garbage services in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Public Works Director be
authorized to proceed with implementation of Reorganization
Plan for solid waste collection services in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990 .
