RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SIX DUPLEXES ON THE BLOCK BOUNDED
BY WEST FOURTH STREET, WESTCHESTER ROAD, BRADLEY
STREET AND KAMILLE COURT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Bedard has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an amended
site plan for the construction of six duplexes on the block
bounded by West Fourth Street, Westchester Road, Bradley
Street and Kamille Court; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the
insignificance of the nature of said mentioned site plan
amendment; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment for
the construction of six duplexes on the block bounded by
West Fourth Street, Westchester Road, Bradley Street and
Kamille Court, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 16th day of May, 1990 .
