RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE AND TERRACON CONSULTANTS NE,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated May 14, 1990, for the
Sixth Street Extension (East) , by and between Brice,
Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa and Terracon Consultants NE,
Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990.
