RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT A-90(A) WITH CYCLONE
STEEPLE JACKS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract A-90(A) dated May 14, 1990 , for asbestos
removal for the Sixth Street Extension East and West, by and
between Cyclone Steeple Jacks, Inc. of Nevada, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990 .
