RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF GARBAGE
AND SEWAGE ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is desirous of cancelling garbage and sewage
assessments against the following City-owned property,
legally described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the garbage and sewage
assessments in the amounts above, be and the same are hereby
cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK, be and he
is hereby directed to notify the County Treasurer of the
cancellation of the above parcel numbers for garbage and
sewage assessments in said amounts above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990.
