BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
. IOWA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 29th day of May,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed
sidewalk repairs for the F.Y. 1991 Sidewalk Inspection and
Repair Program - Zone 2.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of time and place of hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
. EPASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990.
