RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE EAST PARK AVENUE
PARKING DISTRICT THE SUM OF SIXTY TWO THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ( $62 ,325 . 00 ) TO THE DEBT
SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1989-1990 Fiscal Budget
on March 7 , 1989, allocating $124, 650 . 00 of East Park Avenue
Parking District money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$62,325. 00 from the East Park Avenue Assessment District to the
Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990 .
