-) RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
H N OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR SOLID WASTE
00 COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Solid Waste Collection Services Contract, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Solid
Waste Collection Services Contract, which were preliminarily
approved on March 26, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7,
1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Solid Waste Collection
Services Contract, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990.
