RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT WORK AS TO WORK AND
MATERIALS FURNISHED BY IOWA PUBLIC SERVICE/MIDWEST GAS
FOR ANSBOROUGH SOUTH, IX-6615( 6 ) --79-07, AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Iowa Public Service/Midwest Gas of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with
Ansborough South, IX-6615 ( 6) --79-07, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
Agreement Work be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990.
