RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Engineering Services dated May 7, 1990, for
final design of storm sewer improvements and incidentals for the
F.Y. 1991 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements -
Phase 3 , Contract No. 393 , by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990.
