RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF THREE-YEAR
CONTRACT FOR AUDIT SERVICES WITH DEN HARTOG AND
HOGAN FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Agreement dated May 7 , 1990, for audit
services for Fiscal Year 1990, by and between Den Hartog &
Hogan of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990 .
