RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Engineering Services dated May 7 , 1990, for
design of Big Rock Road from Wagner Road to approximately 2600
feet easterly for F.Y. 1991 Big Rock Road Paving, Contract No.
395 , by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990.
