RESOLUTION APPROVING ASBESTOS REMOVAL CONTRACT D-90(A)
WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract D-90(A) for asbestos removal for Sixth Street
Extension East and West, by and between Advanced Technologies
Corporation of Cedar Falls , Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990 .
