WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Sludge
Dewatering Belt Presses for the Water Poliudon Control Plant, in
Lhe City of Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Sludge Dewatering
Belt Presses for the Water Pollution Control Plant, which were
preliminarily approved on April 2, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April
23, 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Sludge Dewatering Belt
Presses for the Water Pollution Control Plant, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990.
