RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THE
TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY WEST
FOURTH STREET, WESTCHESTER ROAD, BRADLEY STREET AND
KAMILLE COURT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Robert Bedard has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve an amended site plan to construct
12 to 14 townhouse units on the block bounded by West Fourth
Street, Westchester Road, Bradley Street and Kamille Court,
legally described as follows:
Lot 10, Regency Acres, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 23, 1990, at
7: 00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned amended site plan,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said amended
site plan should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amended site plan to construct
12 to 14 townhouse units on the block bounded by West Fourth
Street, Westchester Road, Bradley Street and Kamille Court, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990, and
approved by the Mayor this 25th day of April, 1990.
