RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH LABORERS LOCAL #353 AND DIRECTING

o ' N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
TOtnA, that the Collective Bargaining Agreement dated April
23, 1990, for the years beginning July 1, 1990 and ending
June 30, 1993, by and between Laborers Local #353 of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990.
