RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO BUSEMAN' S
GRADING COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR FINISHED GRADING
AND SEEDING OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1018 JANNEY AND
1023 ANSBOROUGH AVENUES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2, 873 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Buseman' s Grading Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $2 , 873 . 00, for finished grading and seeding of
properties located at 1018 Janney and 1023 Ansborough Avenues,
be and is hereby accepted and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990.
