RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PRIMARY ROAD
EXTENSION MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Primary Road Extension Maintenance and
Operation dated April 23 , 1990 , for tower lighting repair for the
I-380/U.S. 218 Interchange, IR-380-7 ( 93 ) 315--12-07 between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990 .
