RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT WORK AS TO WORK AND
MATERIALS FURNISHED BY BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. FOR
KATOSKI DRIVE PAVING, M-6585( 3)--81-07, AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Katoski Drive
Paving, M-6585( 3 ) --81-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990 .
