RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 WITH
o - -WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
s < DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated April 23, 1990, for
final engineering design, plans, specifications and cost estimate
for Prescott' s Creek Bridge and Channel Relocation by and between
Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990.
