RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Engineering Services dated April 23 , 1990,
for F.Y. 1990 North Elk Run Road Improvements , Contract No. 389 ,
by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990 .
