• RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF RECONVENED
n HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
• AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
SERVICES CONTRACT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS MAY 7,
O 1990, AT 7 :00 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 7th day of May, 1990, for the
purpose of holding a reconvened public hearing on proposed
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Solid Waste Collection Services Contract, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1990.
