- WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th day of May, 1990, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Young
Development, Inc- to rezone from "R-4" Multiple Residence
District to "C-1" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning
District a parcel of land generally located at the southwest
corner of Rachael Street and Kimball Avenue and legally described
as follows:
Lots 122 and 123 , Sixth Addition to Southridge, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1990 .
