RESOLUTION DEDICATING THIRTY ( 30) FEET OF PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTH OF AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST SAN MARNAN DRIVE, LOT
13, BROOKERIDGE ADDITION, FOR BUILDING LINE
PURPOSES, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following legally described
property be, and the same is hereby dedicated for building
line purposes:
A line thirty ( 30 ) feet north of and parallel to the
north right-of-way line of East San Marnan Drive,
located on Lot 13 , Brookeridge Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1990.
