CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 23rd day of April, 1990, for
the purpose of considering a site plan for a proposed 8 , 800
square foot building to be used as a Tires Plus Store, and
additional space for rental or expansion, with a 31 stall parking
lot, on property zoned "S-1" Shopping Center Commercial District
to be located at the northeasterly corner of Sears Street and
Crossroads Boulevard, legally described as follows:
Lot 3 Crossroads Plat No. 1 , Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the, time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier,
