• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1990 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program -- Zone 1
in the 'City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 9th day
of April, 1990, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same Ate hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1990.
