RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK

H COUNTY DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT AND DIRECTING
2 0 E EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated April 9, 1990 , for data processing
services, by and between Black Hawk County Data Processing
Department of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
