5 50oH. RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
H H WITH SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 9, 1990, for engineering services
for the F.Y. 1990 Rehabilitation Paving Program, Contract No.
353 , by and between Schenk Engineering Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1990 .
