< f) RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF
H H E PHEASANT LANE TO SAN MARNAN DRIVE FOR FUTURE

PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, the proposed development of property located
Ooh the northwest corner of San Marnan Drive and Kimball
0) 1-Avenue requires that access to the site be developed; and

- WHEREAS, the proposed access by the developers could

:have an adverse impact upon traffic conditions at the
-Intersection of Kimball Avenue and the East San Marnan Drive
Ef'access road; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an alternate access be
provided for the site.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the future extension of
' Pheasant Lane to San Marnan Drive for future public road
purposes in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
hereby approved.

lz BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the developers of the
site located on the northwest corner of San Marnan Drive and
Kimball Avenue are unable to reach an agreement with the
owner for purchase of the property necessary for extension
of Pheasant Lane to San Marnan Drive the City of Waterloo
would be willing to institute condemnation procedures for
right-of-way for said street.
