ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 2 , 1990, for land survey services
for disposal of excess right-of-way known as Disposal Parcel G,
Ansborough Avenue (South) Reconstruction, IX-6615( 3 ) --79-07 , by
and between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1990.
