SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated April 2, 1990, for
design engineering services for the Sixth Street Extension
(East) , IX-6604 ( 1 ) -79-07 , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue
Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1990.
