CBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Urban-State Traffic Engineering Program Project
Agreement dated April 2 , 1990, for Division I of West Ridgeway
Avenue Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 383 , by and between
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
E' PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1990 .
